Kodagu Vidyalaya Alumni
Kodagu Vidyalaya Alumni are an important extension of our community that is spread around the globe and we strive to maintain close relations with our graduates.
The Kodagu Vidyalaya Alumni School Office seeks to enhance connectivity with and amongst the alumni community, by planning and organizing alumni reunions and events, class gatherings across the globe, assisting visiting alumni and inducting staff and student alumni.
Most of our alumni try to give back to the school in different ways. Kodagu Vidyalaya encourages its alumni to interact with the present students and share their specialist knowledge, career guidance, experience and talent with the young minds under its care.

Once Our Students, Forever Our Friends...
The alumni of Kodagu Vidyalaya are examples of the school motto- ‘Where Education is for Life’.
During a Kodagu Vidyalaya Alumni Meet in 2017, the presiding Chairman of that time, Shri B.K Subiah explained the special connect between our School and its alumni. He said – “The School is your Thaamane (Mother’s Home in the Kodava Language) and it will always attract you. You cannot forget. That umbilical cord can never be severed. That is one umbilical cord- you cannot sever it. It is always there.”
Kodagu Vidyalaya Alumni Association has been formed with an aim to foster fellowship, friendship and build a strong network amongst the students who have studied in this Institution in the past. With this network, we hope to
1. Create a bond between students and teachers - past and present.
2. Receive information updates from the School.
3. Conduct regular Alumni Meets.
4. Help one another in careers and in times of need.
5. Provide experience based mentorship programs to the current students of the School.
