Mrs. Sushama Aiyappa
Mrs. Sushama Aiyappa is a visionary leader and entrepreneur dedicated to education and community
development. As the Managing Trustee and Managing Director of Freedom International School in
Bengaluru, Karnataka, she has conceptualized several policies and programs that have contributed to
the steady growth and development of the school. Her attention to detail and dynamic involvement in
the administration of the school have made her a reputed figure in the field of education. She continues
to inspire positive change in education and youth empowerment.
Mrs. Aiyappa is also a Director at Iconic Casting Pvt Ltd and Hiruta Rao Pvt Ltd, which has a joint venture
with the Japanese automotive industry. Additionally, she is an avid wildlife conservationist, and her
contributions towards wildlife preservation are widely recognized. She is deeply committed to
promoting the conservation of natural heritage. Her creative pursuits include painting, which she uses as
a means of self-expression and relaxation.
